The Bosch eBike Flow app is being updated to version 1.24. The latest software brings two new features, including a shortcut button, to those who ride e-bikes with a Bosch smart system. However, one of these improvements is only available to a specific group of customers.

An update for the Bosch eBike Flow app is rolling out. Software version 1.24 brings two new features for users of e-bikes with a compatible Bosch smart system. The first change is a new button for Ride Screen, allowing you to return to the area with one click.

While this tool has been released in eBike Flow app version 1.24 for all users, there is a catch with the second improvement: this is only for customers with a Flow+ subscription. If you are subscribed, you can now view Extended Navigation and Additional Statistics on your Kiox 300 and Kiox 500 display without the Bosch ConnectModule. However, other tools like the alarm and current charge level information still require the ConnectModule to be fitted to your e-bike.

Users are offered a 12-month free trial of the Flow+ subscription, which is subsequently charged at around $5.99 per month. Version 1.24.7 of the eBike Flow app for iOS is now available to download via the Apple App Store. However, the updated Android app has yet to arrive at the Google Play Store, with no indication of an expected release date.
