70mai launches new 4K A810S dash cam with built-in GPS and ADAS

70mai has officially launched its latest dash cam, the 4K A810S, in the global market. The company’s latest offering comes as a direct successor to the 4K A810, which debuted last year. It brings noticeable upgrades in terms of features and video quality. Speaking more precisely, the dash cam now captures video up to 4k/30 fps, thanks to a Sony IMX678 sensor based on Sony’s latest Starvis 2 technology.
This is the same sensor found on 70mai’s premium 4K T800 dash, which we’ve reviewed recently. You can read our in-depth review here. On top of this, the new 4K A810S now supports buffered emergency recording, which was lacking in its predecessor. This feature offers up to 3 minutes of pre-collision and 30 seconds of post-impact recording.
Like its other siblings, the A810S also comes with 70mai’s in-house night owl vision technology, which is said to offer superior nighttime clarity. Furthermore, there’s 70mai Lumi Vision technology that ensures clear visibility around the car even in near-total darkness, said 70mai in its press release.
Interestingly, the dual-channel dash cam has a built-in ADAS, which is said to provide voice alerts for lane departure, front car distance, and pedestrian attention. Besides the front camera, there’s a rear camera as well, offering footage at up to 1080p HDR/30 fps. The company offers a choice between the RC24 in-car rear camera or the RC23 exterior-mounted backup camera.
The rest of the highlights include GPS support, a smart parking guardian mode, AI motion detection, time-lapse recording, 24-hour parking surveillance, multi-language voice control, and WiFi 6 5 GHz connectivity for high-speed transfers up to 40 MB/s. Moreover, it ships with a large 3-inch IPS LCD display and features app-based controls.
Interested buyers can now purchase the 70mai 4K A810S dash cam via 70mai’s official website with a starting price of $199.
