Redtiger has introduced its latest F17 Plus dash cam to the global market. The four-channel dash cam is equipped with Sony sensors (front, rear, and cabin), IR night vision, an IPS touchscreen display, 2.7k video recording, and app-based controls. On top of that, it has GPS tracking and voice control support.

Redtiger, a dash cam and vehicle accessories manufacturer brand, has expanded its F-series dash cam lineup by introducing the all-new F17 Plus four-channel dash cam, joining the F17 Elite and the F17 3-channel in the brand’s roster. Unlike other dash cams in the F17 series, the F17 Plus has a four-camera system (one at the front, two at the cabins, and one at the rear side) and, according to the brand, it offers a 360° view of its surroundings.

Speaking of camera specs, the front camera is equipped with the Sony IMX675 image sensor based on Sony’s Starvis 2 technology, and it’s rated to get a resolution of 2.7k at 30 fps with Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) support. While the company hasn’t disclosed the image sensor details for its front cabin and 360° rotatable dual-lens rear cameras, what we know is that all three cameras can record in 1080p at 30 fps resolution.

The dash cam is equipped with dual IR night vision, which is said to provide infrared night vision recording without visible light for both inside and outside the vehicle. Like the F17 Elite, you also get a 3-inch IPS touchscreen here, which allows users to control the dash cam directly from the screen. On top of that, you can also switch the view between the front and rear view cameras directly via touchscreen. Alternatively, you can also monitor all four cameras simultaneously thanks to the split-screen mode feature.

There’s a built-in GPS, which helps further with route, speed, and location tracking. Moreover, like its siblings, the F17 Plus is also compatible with Redtiger’s companion, which allows users to further tweak the dash cam’s settings and download the video footage. Other features include voice control support, G-sensor active recording, 5.8 GHz WiFi, loop recording, and 24-hour parking recording mode. The dash cam also supports storage expansion of up to 512 GB.

As for price, the Redtiger F17 Plus four-channel dash cam is priced at $285.70 with a free 128 GB SD card and parking monitor hardwire kit. Interested buyers can now purchase the dash cam from Redtiger’s official website and Amazon
