A new update for the Garmin Fenix 7 and Epix smartwatches, Beta Version 13.10, is now available. The latest software brings a new Cycling Readiness page to the wearables and improvements to the activity stage menu. Several bugs that could cause the Garmin smartwatches to shut down have also been fixed.

Garmin Beta Version 13.10 update for Fenix 7 and Epix smartwatches is now available. The new software adds a Cycling Readiness course analysis page, and the activity stage menu and its touch experience are also improved. Other enhancements have been made to the "course complete" banner, and load ratio gauges are now proportional.

The update has also resolved several issues, including a missing vibration for splits on the Obstacle Course Racing activity. Several bugs which previously could cause the wearables to shut down have been fixed, such as in the race event, Obstacle Course Racing activity, when stopping a free workout, when a software update was manually requested or when attempting to pair with Zwift.

Also solved are problems with workout audio prompts, the battery saver toggle during sleep mode, and various map details. Specifically for fenix 7 and fenix 7s devices, an issue with the screen flashlight has been fixed. To download Beta Version 13.10, you need to Check For Updates in your smartwatches by going to Menu > System > Software Update. The new software is only available for customers who are part of the Public Beta program; if you wish to join, you can do so via Garmin Connect.
