Rumor | Xiaomi Pad 6 Max pops up on charging specs database prior to launch
Recent leaks hinting at the addition of a new "Max" variant to Xiaomi's line of premium Android slates may have been augmented by another new tip. This one purports to confirm that the OEM has indeed just cleared a new tablet for sale in its native China. The device has the same charging technology as its putative Pro sibling.
Xiaomi's flagship tablet series has typically consisted of standard and higher-end Pro variants since its recent renaissance; however, it is now believed to expand with a third option in 2023. By the sound of it, this new "Max" version might be the series' new flagship - one that brings the enlarged, even ~14-inch, screen trend to its line-up for the first time, maybe.
In either case, there is evidence that, should the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max exist, it has the same charging specs as its Pro sibling. The OEM has been spotted registering a new tablet (with the model number 2307BRPDCC) alongside a smartphone (2308CPXD0C; predicted to debut as the Mix Fold 3), both of which are rated for the same 67W charging technology.
Therefore, the "Pad 6 Max" might indeed turn out as a bigger version of the 6 Pro - which, hopefully, would not impair its chances of global availability. It is projected to launch with its own keyboard dock on its potentially imminent launch.

I became a professional writer and editor shortly after graduation. My degrees are in biomedical sciences; however, they led to some experience in the biotech area, which convinced me of its potential to revolutionize our health, environment and lives in general. This developed into an all-consuming interest in more aspects of tech over time: I can never write enough on the latest electronics, gadgets and innovations. My other interests include imaging, astronomy, and streaming all the things. Oh, and coffee.
