The Xiaomi 15 Ultra might come with the biggest display of its series, as hinted in a new leak. It might also have an advanced version of the OEM's Dragon Crystal Glass for increased damage resistance. The upcoming Android flagship's Photography Kit and its contents have also been allegedly outlined.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra has officially been beaten to the title of first super-flagship Android smartphone to debut with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor; however, it might have a better display in some respects on its launch.

Its 15 Pro sibling has the same 6.73-inch display dimensions as the 1440p 14 Ultra; however, that smartphone's successor is now said to have a 6.8-inch 1.5K OLED display instead.

The new panel might also feature ultra-fast 4,320Hz PWM dimming and "circular polarized light" technology for improved user eye health.

The 15 Ultra might not have a tandem OLED display, but it is now said to have cover glass augmented with silicon nitride for "increased wear resistance". Accordingly, that new tip might refer to a new generation of Xiaomi's in-house Dragon Crystal Glass.

The smartphone is also now tipped to have an optional Photography Kit attachment just like its predecessor, although this one might come with an "anti-reflective" cover; not one but several ND filters and a fill light for even better photography on the 15 Ultra's supposedly super-powered rear cameras.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: now starting at just $949.99 on Amazon.
