The Samsung Xclipse 940 is a graphics chip for smartphones and tablets, integrated in the Samsung Exynos 2400 SoC (iGPU). It is based on the AMD RDNA 3 architecture and includes hardware ray tracing support. #

The performance is similar or slightly better than the older Adreno 740 in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

The Exynos 2400 is the first Exynos processor to use a Fan-out Wafer Level Package (FOWLP) to boost thermal management.

The SoC is manufactured in the 4nm process at Samsung.

Qualcomm Adreno 619

The Qualcomm Adreno 619 is a mobile graphics card for mid-range smartphones and tablets (mostly Android based). It is included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoCs and based on the Adreno 600 architecture (like the Adreno 630, which should be fully compatible in software).

The performance is 60% better compared to the Adreno 612 graphics card and in our benchmarks on par with the 700 series cards.

The GPU supports modern standards like Vulkan 1.0 (according to Wikipedia), OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2.0 and DirectX 11 (FL 11_1).

The Samsung Xclipse 950 is a graphics chip for smartphones and tablets, integrated in the Samsung Exynos 2500 SoC. It is based on an RDNA 3 architecture including ray tracing support. It uses 8 WGPs (compared to 6 in the previous generation Xclipse 940) and offers 28% faster ray tracing in hardware.

The Exynos 2500 is manufactured in the 3nm GAA process at Samsung.
