Samsung Odyssey Ark is finally unleashed on the Indian market

Samsung India has finally released the first-gen Odyssey Ark to its market. The new 55-inch gaming monitor combines potential advantages such as a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, HDR10+ support and a matte finish with a novel design that allows it to assume a portrait orientation.

Therefore, a gamer could immerse themselves with a traditional 16:9 vista or have the 4K Ark looming above them in a 1000R manner thanks to its HAS stand as they prefer. Samsung has set the price for this flexibility at a full RRP of INR 275,000 (~US$3,320) in its latest region - however, its launch-event price is a different story.

Samsung.com/in currently offers the Ark at INR 219,999 (~US$2,657, or a better deal compared to its current price on Best Buy US). A further -INR 10,000 (~US$121) incentive to add the monitor to a cart is also available at the time of writing; however, buyers who wait until tomorrow (October 10, 2022) are said to get a 1TB T7 Shield USB 3.2 portable SSD thrown in for free. That offer is reportedly valid until October 31, 2022.
