Realme GT Neo6 SE tipped to launch with significantly improved design and screen bezels
The GT Neo6 SE is thought to hit the Android smartphone market as an overt OnePlus Ace 3V rival later in April 2024, with the 2 devices purported to share selling points such as class-leading battery life and screen quality. However, according to the latest leaks, they will not look all that alike.
The upcoming Realme mid-ranger is also now slated not to resemble its own predecessor that much, either. The GT Neo5 SE had a lot to say for itself, an eye-catching holographic colorway and a 144Hz display included. Then again, it was held back by aging design cues such as its off-center racing stripe and prominent branding.
They are eliminated in the Neo6 SE's "main" silver color SKU, according to eminent leaker Digital Chat Station. The rear cameras have apparently been pared down to 1 sensor per lens-ring; then again, the change makes them seem all the more focused and purposeful, which goes well with the large double flash next to them.
The typical Realme GT 'windowpane' surround literally fades into the background in this iteration, blending into a rear panel of a texture that, despite its reported upgrades, looks slippery even in the grip of the cyborg hand model seen in Digital Chat Station's new leaked promo image.
Then again, prospective Neo6 SE buyers might want to keep it well in hand, as it is also now officially hyped to go up against other devices - current top-end flagships and comparable competitors included - in the screen border race, with the Realme handset coming away with the slimmest (and most consistent) bezels of all 3.
