Realme's next flagship-series smartphone is now on the way, according to the latest leaks. It has apparently been outed as a direct successor to the GT5 by Indonesia Telecom, in a tip that may also specify its model number as RMX3851.
There are no rumors as to how the "GT 6" looks thus far, although it is currently painted as an iteratively updated GT5 Pro with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in place of the 8 Gen 3. A new Geekbench listing might give more weight to that idea, assessing the RMX3851 as a device with a variation of Qualcomm's pineapple platform with clock-speeds capped at 3.01GHz and 16GB of RAM.
The same model number has cropped up in new filings by the FCC, BIS...and Eurofins, the latter of which hints at the launch of a GT 6 with "EU Group Differences".
Some of these listings appear to confirm specs such as 5G, Wi-Fi 6 and NFC - and also link the GT 6 to a battery with a total rated capacity of 5,500mAh (or 2x the 2,750mAh value mentioned by the FCC) - even more than that of the GT5 Pro, if accurate.
The Realme UI 5.0-powered GT 6 is also thought to be accompanied by variants such as the Neo6 SE with a groundbreaking peak display brightness spec on its launch - it will be interesting to see if its flagship counterpart gets one too.
