Paprika 53 is a brand with a website seemingly designed to make it look like the Nothing of e-bike makers. Its upcoming Model 25 GT has been revealed to have a particularly angular step-over design in place of Glyph lighting, though.
Its "Dropline Dip" frame is touted to deliver an exceptional height range for its "extra-wide" Fizik Terra Argo saddle, thanks to its AXS Dropper seat-post from Rockshox Reverb.
Its Rudy Ultimate XLR fork is also from Rockshox, while its tires come from the trail/gravel specialist Maxxis, paired to apparently custom "carbon" wheels.
With these components, Paprika 53 asserts that the 25 GT is ideally built for the "chaos" of hardpack roads or gravel, although it might be the most stylish bike on the trail with its vibrant red colorway and white accents.
The brand is keeping further teasers in reserve from now, although the blog Velo has apparently spoiled them in advance with claims that the Model 25 GT will become the world's next DJI Avinox-powered e-bike.
The drone-maker's inaugural motor is rated to power a two-wheeler by up to 1000 watts (W), allegedly paired with a 600 watt-hour (Wh) battery rated for up to 72 miles of range in the upcoming Paprika 53 bike.
The brand is apparently playing this leak up for hype by currently "pretending you don’t already know their name" at present, although it has indicated that it will confirm or deny the rumor on April 10, 2025, prior to the Model 25 GT itself is slated to go to pre-order from May 3, 2025.
