Intel Core i5-12490F soundly beats Core i5-12400F and AMD Ryzen 7 5800X in Geekbench but it's a China-only chip

Intel Core i5-12490F has appeared on Geekbench. The CPU packs 6 cores and 12 threads with a base clock of 2.99 GHz and a boost clock of 4.58 GHz. The CPU scored 1806 in Geekbench's single-core benchmark and 8872 in the multi-core test.
