Xiaomi finally launched the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra in Europe this week. While the phones may not appear to be huge upgrades over their counterparts from last year, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi has now confirmed that both devices are already outselling their predecessors—and by quite a margin, too.
As revealed by Xiaomi President and Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing, the new Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra are selling rather well in Europe. The phones only just went on sale but the executive has confirmed that sales of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra are triple that of last year's Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The vanilla Xiaomi 14 performs even better, reportedly having sold six times what the Xiaomi 13 did at the same point in Europe last year.
These numbers are relative, of course, and likely refer to sales figures from the first few hours of availability. That said, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra launched in China days ago and has also been confirmed to be selling significantly better than the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
