The Lenovo LOQ 15AHP10 is a 15.6‑inch gaming laptop that debuts Nvidia’s mobile GeForce RTX 5060 GPU in the lower mid-range segment. It pairs this graphics chip with an AMD Ryzen 7 250 (Hawk Point, Zen 4), 16 GB DDR5-5600 RAM and a 1 TB NVMe SSD, offering strong 1080p gaming performance for its price. The chassis includes a 144 Hz IPS Full HD panel with Adaptive Sync, a solid port selection (including USB-C PD, HDMI, and DisplayPort), Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 60 Wh battery. Reviewers praise the graphics performance, build quality and screen fluidity, but some criticize heavy ghosting and motion blur as a major flaw for certain configurations. Cost-cutting on single-channel RAM and the entry-level SSD configuration is also noted as a weakness, impacting overall responsiveness. With an aggregate rating around 69% and street prices around 950–1050 EUR, the LOQ 15AHP10 is positioned as a value-focused RTX 5060 laptop, especially attractive when paired with an external monitor.

Reviews for the Lenovo LOQ 15AHP10
After the high-end segment (RTX 5090, RTX 5080) and the upper mid-range (RTX 5070 [Ti]) were seen to, it's now time for Nvidia to tend to the lower mid-range segment. The Lenovo LOQ 15 is one of the first laptops featuring the RTX 5060 that we have been able to test.

The Lenovo LOQ 15 with an RTX 5060 is positioned to be the best budget gaming laptop of 2025 with a relatively affordable price (if / when it goes on sale), solid build quality and a bunch of other good things. But under the LOQ 15's hood here's also some very serious battery life reductions and a few other limitations that you absolutely NEED to know about.

The LOQ 15 is worth considering as a secondary laptop specifically for gaming. Its 15.6-inch, 16:9 display can feel cramped for general use compared to roomier and taller 16-inch, 16:10 displays, but its resolution and aspect ratio are perfectly suited for 1080p gaming. And you'll get more than playable frame rates at 1080p from its RTX 5060 GPU. For a more versatile gaming laptop, I recommend the Acer Nitro V 16S AI, which has an RTX 5060 but a bigger and brighter 16-inch display, more RAM and storage, some aluminum in its build and RGB backlighting. It costs about $250 more but is the better value. Moving up the price scale a little further, I also like the Alienware 16X Aurora and Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 10. The HP Omen 16 is also a good choice, especially when it's on sale.

The Lenovo LOQ 15 could be a decent budget gaming pick if not for one serious issue: the display. I noticed serious ghosting and blurring while using the laptop. This was an issue both in-game and also on the Windows desktop. It’s a shame, because the LOQ 15’s performance level is respectable for its price tag, but I can’t recommend the laptop unless you don’t want to use the included display and instead intend to use the laptop with an external monitor. Indeed, I think that’s arguably the one appealing use case for the LOQ 15. You could just use it as a portable RTX 5060. At $809.99, the LOQ 15 isn’t that much more expensive than a desktop RTX 5060 paired with a PCIe dock and power supply, and it’s way easier to travel with, or even move around your house.

Lenovo's hit the mark just right on three things in particular. The graphics card. The screen. The build quality. It's exceptional in those elements and delivers excellent 1080p gaming performance. Sadly, however, due to what are assumedly cost-cutting measures on the RAM and SSD front, it doesn't quite nail the landing with its entry-level model.

The 2025 Lenovo LOQ might look like a budget gaming laptop, but at $1,299 it tells a different story.
