As such, the Lenovo LOQ notebooks are for people who are primarily looking for an affordable gaming laptop and not much more.

If you are one such user, you’ll be happy to know that the 2024 Lenovo LOQ 15 gaming laptop has reached a new all-time low price of just $749.99 at Best Buy. According to slickdeals, this new price is $50 lower than the previous record-low and is an abundant 25% less than the $1,000 list price.

Specs-wise, the Lenovo LOQ (2024) on offer runs a Ryzen 7 7435HS CPU, a 105 W RTX 4060 laptop GPU, 16 GB of DDR5 memory, 512 GB of storage, and a 15.6-inch FHD+ display that refreshes at 144 Hz. Lenovo claims that the display shoots up to 300 nits of brightness and covers 100% of the sRGB gamut.

For wireless and wired connectivity, the laptop rocks Wi-Fi 6, BT 5.2, and a port selection that includes:

• One Type-C with DisplayPort and Power Delivery
• A single HDMI 2.1 out

With an RTX 4060 laptop GPU, the Lenovo LOQ 15 has enough power to play the most demanding of games at FHD. For instance, our review unit with an RTX 4060 and a Core i5-13450HX ran AAA games like Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Ghost of Tsushima above 60 FPS at FHD/ultra. Combined with the 8-core Ryzen 7 7435HS inside the unit on sale, the Lenovo LOQ (2024) won’t present any slowdowns in CPU or GPU-bound tasks.

Unfortunately, the Ryzen 7 7435HS lacks an iGPU. So, the battery life of the Lenovo LOQ 15, which was already underwhelming, will be even worse.

So, if you don’t mind your laptop being tethered to an outlet, the 2024 Lenovo LOQ 15 will make for a solid mid-range gaming machine.
