Enigma of Fear is a mystery game that offers supernatural puzzles and non-linear gameplay. The indie title will be released on Steam in November and can be tested now.

Enigma of Fear follows the journey of Mia, a young detective specializing in paranormal phenomena, as she searches for her missing father. As the former leader of the "Ordo Realitas" organization, he was investigating the sinister "Cult of Fear" when he disappeared. Mia is never alone in her quest, by her side is her loyal dog, Lupi, who helps her face the dangers ahead.

The mystery game offers a realistic investigation system in which players have to analyze clues and solve puzzles. The world is divided into five regions - and new supernatural challenges and bosses lurk in each one. The game features an isometric third-person perspective with real-time combat and a non-linear structure, where various storylines and endings ensure that each decision influences the unfolding narrative.

Enigma of Fear, developed by Dumativa in collaboration with Cellbit and published by Nuuvem, blends classic pixel art with modern 3D elements and dynamic lighting, resulting in a uniquely atmospheric visual style. The game will be released on Steam on November 28 and will cost around $20. However, the demo version is available to play right now and first gameplay impressions can be seen in the official trailer:
