Reviews for the Alienware 16 Aurora, RTX 5060
Source: Techlusive

Based solely on the specifications, I had expected slightly better performance — especially when it’s a gaming product. While the RTX 5060 performs well, the limit of 80W does restrict its ability depending on the game being played. There are several positives such as a clean design, decent battery life and a good enough display; however, there are still some negatives such as the 720p camera, poor overall performance versus cost. At approximately Rs 1.6 lakh, there are several other options in the market including the Acer Predator series and the Lenovo Legion 5i. But if the Aurora’s price drops during a sale, then it would do more justice to its tag.

At Rs 1,32,790, the Aurora faces a pricing reality that's hard to ignore. You can find laptops with similar Intel Core 7 and RTX 5060 configuration for notably less money from other manufacturers. The price premium here isn't about getting better specs—it's about getting those specs wrapped in genuine Alienware design, build quality, and brand experience. If you're shopping purely on performance-per-rupee, other options will serve you better. But the Aurora succeeds precisely because some buyers aren't making a purely rational hardware decision. This is a well-constructed laptop that delivers authentic Alienware character without requiring enthusiast-level spending. The sophisticated design, solid build quality, and capable gaming performance create a cohesive package that feels distinctly premium in ways that spec sheets don't capture.
