LG has announced the launch of the LG MoodMate projector in the Republic of Korea. Also known as the CineBeam M, or model PF600U, this 3-in-1 device was shown at CES 2025 at the start of the year.
The MoodMate is a 1080p projector sits atop a tall floor stand, throwing images with a 16:9 aspect ratio onto a nearby wall. The maximum image size is 120 inches, and the model’s throw ratio is 1.2:1. Users can adjust the projection angle by up to 105°, and the light source is said to deliver up to 300 ANSI lumens brightness. Plus, this DLP projector is said to deliver a 150,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and supports HDR.
The PF600U projector runs on webOS, providing access to a range of popular streaming services, and ports include HDMI and USB. While the MoodMate’s primary function is a projector, it can also act as a lamp or a Bluetooth speaker. You to wirelessly stream music from a phone or laptop, and enhance the ambiance further with mood light mode. Users can choose from nine colors and five brightness levels to suit their needs.
The LG MoodMate PF600U projector will launch in the Republic of Korea on November 6th. In this market, it will retail for KRW 990,000 (~$685) and will be available exclusively via the brand’s online store. The CineBeam M is scheduled for release in Europe later in 2025 with an RRP of €999, though an exact launch date for this market has yet to be announced.
