Honor Magic 8 Pro gets camera grip with zoom control and 200mm telephoto lens

While Honor does not offer its own camera kit for the Magic 8 Pro like for the more expensive Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design, accessory maker Telesin tries to fill that gap in collaboration with Honor. The kit consists of three main parts.
First, there is a case for the smartphone that is meant to protect the device against scratches and drops, and it also allows standard 67mm polarizer or ND filters to be screwed onto the triple camera on the back. The case further sports a mounting point for a wrist strap and a magnetic ring that makes it possible to attach the second part of the kit, namely the camera grip.
This grip makes it easier to hold the Honor Magic 8 Pro with one hand. The top sports a large red camera shutter button for taking photos. A slider underneath the shutter can also be operated with the index finger to control the camera’s zoom. Behind the shutter are two more buttons. One starts video recording right away, while the other works as both the power button and a programmable function key.
On the front of the camera grip, there is a dial that can be used to adjust exposure settings or select filters, among other functions. The third key component of the kit is the 200mm teleconverter. More details on the hardware and availability of the Telesin camera kit for the Honor Magic 8 Pro are expected to be unveiled at MWC 2026 in early March. Telesin products are typically also available in Europe.
