The Google Pixel 11 will be available for pre-order starting August 12. In its latest teaser video, Google is once again inviting viewers to the launch event, highlighting the Pixel Glow RGB LED lighting. The Pixel 11 Pro is being promoted as the "next obvious move" after Google services.

Back in early July, Google released an invitation to the "Made by Google" launch event on August 12, and shortly thereafter shared a first teaser video on the Google Store, which revealed the Pixel Glow RGB lighting, which appears to be integrated into the LED flash in the camera module. Now Google has released another teaser video showing the outline of the Pixel 11 Pro, complete with Pixel Glow LED lighting.

The teaser video describes the Pixel 11 Pro as the "next obvious move," noting that customers are already using Gmail, Google Maps, Google Search, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Gemini. The Google Store confirms that the Pixel 11 series will not only be unveiled on August 12, but pre-orders will also begin on the same day. Anyone who signs up for Google’s email newsletter for the first time by then is set to receive an "exclusive offer" on August 12, though Google has not yet provided further details.

The Google Pixel 11 series is also expected to be affected by the DRAM crisis, with Google reportedly planning to discontinue the base model with 128 GB of storage in order to raise the starting price. At least the Pro models are expected to feature slightly smaller batteries, though the Google Tensor G6 ARM chip, which is reportedly manufactured using an advanced 2-nm process, could still result in longer battery life. At least the Pro models are also expected to feature improved main and telephoto cameras. However, rumors suggest that the 42-megapixel front camera on the Pixel 10 Pro ($915 on Amazon) could be replaced by a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
