Business as usual. With its redesigned chassis, lighter weight and much-improved battery life, the upper-class Latitude once again ticks all the right check boxes when it comes to business notebooks. The 14-inch 7480 is equipped with current-generation hardware, offers great performance and features a top-notch keyboard. Coil whine is very noticeable, however.
Source: Laptop Media

The bottom line is, if you are strictly looking for a business-grade notebook, the Latitude 14 7480 is an ideal choice. At this price range, you should consider the Lenovo ThinkPad T470 as an alternative but honestly, the Latitude 7480 still comes on top with a better screen and longer battery life. But if performance isn’t enough for you and the lack of 2.5-inch drive bay is a deal-breaker for you, the more affordable ASUS ZenBook UX410UQ might be a better solution in this case. We also suggest considering the Acer Swift 5 – considerably less expensive device but still comparable to the Latitude 14 7480.

Dell Latitude 14 7480-WY8VF
Dell’s Latitude line has been a familiar sight in the business market for over two decades. It is currently offered in three tiers, starting with the entry-level 3000 series, then the mid-level 5000 series, and finally the top-tier 7000 series. The Dell Latitude 14 7480-WY8VF is one of the models of the top-tier Latitude series. It is also the largest of the models in the 7000 series. The exterior of the Dell Latitude E7480 is all black and business-centric. Its straight edges and the no-nonsense look is right at home in a corporate office environment and almost anywhere else. The Latitude 7480 is just 1.7 cm (0.67 inch) thin, while the rest of the chassis measures 33.02 x 22.1 cm (13 × 8.7 inch). It is a cinch to carry at just 1.36 kg (3 lb). As far as business-class notebooks go, the Latitude 7480 rounds the most important bases. It offers biometric features such as a fingerprint reader, an infrared camera, and physical and contactless Smart Card readers. Its carbon fiber and metal construction are strong, and its input devices are very good. The touchpad is slightly offset to the left in the palm rest to align with the keyboard. This orientation keeps it right between wrists as a user is typing, minimizing the risk of the cursor jumping somewhere due to an inadvertent brush with their palm. The touchpad has a smooth surface that is just about perfect, both in terms of feel and size. The Dell Latitude 14 7480-WY8VF is based around the new Intel 7th generation processors, codenamed Kaby Lake. It specifically uses Core i5 dual-core processors with a 15-watt thermal specification. This notebook has two DIMM slots for DDR4-2133 RAM. Both were populated by 4 GB modules, for a total of 8 GB of RAM running in dual-channel mode. The storage capability of the Latitude E7480 is somewhat underwhelming. It has just a single M.2 Type-2280 (80mm) slot for an SSD. The laptop features a 256 GB SSD out of the box. The Dell Latitude 14 7480-WY8VF FHD features a (1,920 × 1,080 pixels) anti-glare display. This display panel uses in-plane switching (IPS) technology for wide viewing angles, which allows the picture to appear consistent when not looking at the display head-on. The technology also allows for excellent image quality. A user will be impressed with the good black levels, high brightness, and very good color saturation. The port selection on the Latitude 7480 is more than respectable for a 14-inch notebook. The left side has the power jack, a USB Type-C port with Thunderbolt 3 support, full-size HDMI output, two USB Type-A 3.0, and a SmartCard reader. The right side has the remaining ports, including the audio combo jack, a MicroSD flash card reader, with the SIM card slot directly beneath it, the last USB Type-A 3.0 port, the Ethernet jack, and the cable lock slot. As with all other Latitudes, this model is also primarily designed for business users. The latitude series remains one of the most popular range in industrial and office usage. Dell Latitude 7490
Dell’s Latitude line is probably the most used business laptops after the Thinkpad series. The Latitude has been the productivity key to many industry executives and professionals. The Latitude 7490 is a new addition in their latest 7000 series. On the surface, it is pretty much the same as the older Latitude 7480 but there are some things that has changed on the inside. The laptop weighs in at 1.56 kg and has a dimension of 331 x 221 x 17.9 mm. It is enclosed in a sturdy, all magnesium case. The soft touch case is prone to fingerprint and smudges and can get scratches easily. The hinge is a strong one and there is no vibration at all with normal usage. That being said, it is almost impossible to open the laptop without using two hands. This makes the laptop feel less premium than what it actually is. The Latitude 7490 comes with a 14-inch screen, which is pretty rare these days. For that reason alone, its smaller sibling, the Latitude 7390 is more famous. As for the display, the 7490 can be configured with a HD or a Full HD display. It is an IPS unit with matte finish making it easy to use under direct sunlight. One huge problem with the display is its brightness. The below average brightness makes it hard to be used as a media machine. Users are left wanting for more brightness and when the laptop is used in brighter office or meeting rooms. The Latitude 7490 can be configured with Intel’s latest 8th gen quad core processors. The standard, i5-8350U unit can be paired with up to 32 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD. It comes with the Intel UHD Graphics 620 GPU, suitable for minor media editing and, although this laptop isn’t designed for it, some light gaming. The Latitude 7000 series generally offers some highly rated keyboards among the business laptops. The keys are comfortable to press and there is enough travel distance for fast typing. It also features the trackpoint just like the Thinkpad series from Lenovo. There are two levels of back light brightness level for the keys and lighting is even for all keys. The trackpad is also accurate enough for daily usage, but some users have complained that it is too sensitive. Its size is on the medium side. On the left side of the laptop there are two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, a USB 3.1 Type-C port, and the charging port. On the right there are a USB 3.0 port, a LAN port and a microSD card reader. It would have been better if Dell would have included a full-sized SD card reader. The Keningston lock is at end of the right side. The speaker on this laptop is good enough for what is meant to be a business laptop. There are two grills at the bottom, but they are placed on a slightly elevated end of the laptop which allows for proper sound output without being blocked by desks or a user’s lap. The laptop comes with a dual band AC Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 wireless card. The Dell Latitude 7000 series has always been the choice for many professionals. The 7490 is most suitable for executives who require a laptop with high performance with moderate mobility. Hands-on article by Jagadisa RajarathnamSpecifications

Same body, new engine. The 14-inch Dell Latitude 7490 retains the same design as last year's Latitude 7480 but sports a new quad-core U-series CPU. The Core i7-8650U is a significant upgrade over the dual-core chip in the previous iteration. Does the increase in power warrant an upgrade?

This is the first time I’ve used the Latitude lineup in many years. I think Dell has done a great job of refreshing these. While they’re not super awesome in terms of design, they’re not ugly either. They’re well built, have great battery life, great I/O options, and decent displays. They’re something worth considering for certain.

Reliable business partner. Today’s Latitude 7490 configuration packs a quad-core Core i5-8350U and conventional M.2 SATA storage, and it makes a few more cuts to deflate the cost a bit. Even so, this remains an impressive machine. How does this configuration stand up to its competitors?

Dell’s premium business models have never been more XPS-like, but with the sweeping changes come significant challenges. With its Core i7-8665U CPU, 16 GB RAM, and NVMe SSD, the $2,800 Latitude 7400 2-in-1 certainly isn’t slow, but can it take the heat? Let’s find out. Update: i5 version is a better match for the cooling solution

Now, let’s put it straight, the Latitude 7400 2-in-1 is not a cheap laptop. Even the most budget-conscious offering costs around $1100 and has only 128GB of SSD storage. If you bump up the storage and choose a faster processor, your price might reach as high as 1800-2000 bucks. However, what do you get for your money?

Similarly, it’s a superior option if you want a hybrid machine for tablet and laptop use – or if you just want something that looks more stylish than the ThinkPad. However, the Latitude falls behind elsewhere. Its keyboard and trackpad aren’t as good as the ThinkPad’s hardware, and Dell’s machine has marginally weaker build quality while being a little heavier. Its connectivity isn’t quite as broad, and the Latitude doesn’t always better value, especially when you start experimenting with screen resolutions and system specifications. The Dell Latitude looks the part, has a great screen and has a decent range of business features- and battery life is excellent. However, this stylish system doesn’t have quite as much office substance as the ThinkPad.

About the only real nit we have to pick with the Latitude 7400 2-In-1 is that it is on the pricey side, with an entry-level price of $1599 ($1899 as configured for our higher-end test model). On the upside, some of the machine's unique features, like ExpressSign-in for better automated security, especially in corporate environments, adds nicely to this laptop's value proposition, as do its myriad of IO options and memory card slots. With its premium build quality and top-shelf features in mind, if you're a business or home user who's willing to invest in quality tools, the Latitude 7400 2-in-1 is a great offering from Dell that earns our Editor's Choice award.

The Latitude 7400 2-in-1 is a successful attempt by Dell to craft a modern business laptop that can go toe-to-toe with the best of its competitors. Borrowing some of the best qualities of the acclaimed XPS series, this sleek convertible has an attractive chassis that is both thin and lightweight. Despite its portable size, the Latitude 7400 2-in-1 offers exceptional battery life, a good selection of ports and a comfortable keyboard. If I could change anything about the Latitude 7400 2-in-1 it would be the laptop's poor speakers and average 1080p display, which is not as bright or vivid as competing panels. That leaves the door open for the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga and the HP EliteBook x360 1040 G5, two excellent convertible business laptops that share many of the same qualities as the Latitude 7400 2-in-1. But overall, the Latitude 7400 2-in-1 is a highly recommended convertible for those who value portability -- and what will hopefully be the new standard for Dell business laptops.

Though more airlines are including power plugs, the real test of a laptop is running from appointment to appointment, without any promise of a laptop charger in sight. That’s been the case for buying a Qualcomm Snapdragon PC—more so than performance, which has suffered somewhat from how the processor interprets instructions. Qualcomm promises that its upcoming Snapdragon 8cx fixes those flaws.

The marriage of top-notch performance and 18-plus hours of battery life merits our Editor’s Choice award. It’s a struggle to find a caveat: the weight? The 1080p display? Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH
The Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH is a business laptop hailing from the United States multinational computer technology company built with the vision of empowering productivity through an assortment of quirks that are guaranteed to function in accordance to one’s convenience. It is featured to be Dell’s smallest premium business-class laptop to this date. Improved connectivity enables users to automatically connect to the fastest Wi-Fi signal within their immediate proximity. The Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH makes a strong impression through its smarter and lighter overall design. With the rise of awareness when it comes to environmental consciousness from around the globe, the Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH makes its support towards the global movement resoundingly clear through its new angled design alone. The new angled design which serves as the blueprint in its production reduces the footprint by more than 6 % from previous Dell Latitude generation. This new angled design is the very reason that the Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH can achieve a compact size of 14 inch in measurement. Apart from that, the Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH is also assisting in the preservation of the planet by using water-based paints in order to reduce VOC emissions. Privacy concerns can always be a major issue when navigating through the web on any technological device. Dell makes an effort to put user’s mind at ease through the introduction of several security features in both physical and virtual forms. For instance, Dell mimics the smart and intuitive design of the ThinkShutter mechanism by Lenovo and introduces their own rendition of a camera shutter. The Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH also introduces a new security feature aptly named as the SafeScreen. The SafeScreen feature takes safeguarding concerns one step further by functioning as both a dynamic privacy panel option that provides better power efficiency as well as a contrast ratio to prevent people from peeping whatever is displayed on the screen. Not only that, the Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH promotes a seamless sign-on experience through the integration of the SafeID technology. SafeID protects end users credentials and information with an optional biometric fingerprint reader inlaid on the power button. The Smart Card reader works in tandem with this fingerprint reading measure shielding electronic processes such as personal identification, access control, authentication and etc from leakage of confidential information. The ExpressConnect feature undoubtedly requires further elaboration as to the nature of how it functions in terms of securing the fastest Wi-Fi signal possible. The Dell Latitude 7400-8N6DH has a built-in 4x4 dynamic antenna tuning solution inside of its body and it is capable of providing reliable mobile broadband, especially in weak signal areas. The antennas function as receptors, which attract signal coverage, and has been tested to result in 70 % faster Internet connection speed. Hands-on article by Jagadisa RajarathnamSpecifications

Dell’s Latitude range of laptops has always been unique in its own ways. While the design is sturdy and looks elegant for the most part, the features inside add to the overall package without much corner cutting. With this, Dell seems to have successfully managed to club design with mobility and the required power so it can be used literally anywhere with ease. However, if you are a Dell fan and need a powerful device that looks much premium and is more portable, go for the XPS series.

Latitude is one of Dell’s long-established business computing ranges. Like Toshiba’s Satellite (see our review, Issue 557) or the IBM ThinkPad, now made by Lenovo (see Issue 537), it conjures up chunky black plastic cases. This new machine breaks the mould. It’s all aluminium and, for a 14in machine with a 360-degree hinge that lets you fold back the touchscreen and use it as a tablet (as pictured below), impressively slim and light.

Modern-looking with modern components, the Latitude 7410 is a capable laptop for business users, but it’s hard to recommend it when you can get a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 7 for roughly $500 less. I found a comparable Carbon Gen 7 for only $1,700 with a 14-inch, 4K display powered by a 10th Gen Core i7 CPU and 16GB of RAM. And while that Lenovo model lacks vPro technology, it has twice the storage capacity with a 1TB SSD, boasts a better keyboard and touchpad, and is 0.7 pound lighter than the Latitude 7410. The X1 Carbon remains the business laptop to beat.

It’s clear where Dell is going with its Latitude 7410 Chromebook Enterprise. From the design to the price tag, this is a Chromebook with its sights on the corporate market, which is increasingly drawn to Chromebooks thanks to their easy management and comparatively low overall costs. It comes in straight clamshell and 2-in-1 variants with a range of specifications, running from a Core i3 model at just under £900 to a Core i7 version at over £1,500, with three or four years of Dell ProSupport Plus on-site services bundled in.

With all its various forms and add-ons, the top specs for the Dell Latitude Chromebook 7410 were originally as much as £1,500. Our enterprise review unit with the i5 chip and the standard screen is £919 (exc VAT) but that also seems a bit too much for what it actually offers. It may have a very good screen, a decent processor and a fairly nice build, but that doesn't really outweigh the comparatively poor battery life. Worse, this is a machine aimed at enterprise customers, so it ought to be more reliable. That said, the enterprise features are good, particularly with its focus on security. There are some good ideas here for the future of work, but it's not quite ready for the here and now.

The Dell Latitude 7410 Chromebook feels like a cheap attempt to be the Chrome equivalent to the Windows version of its Latitude siblings. However, matching their ludicrous pricing won’t cut it. Yes, you get good performance, long battery life and a comfortable keyboard, but that’s not enough for an asking price of $1,900. No one wants a crappy touchpad experience, a dim 4K display and speakers that sound like someone’s speaking through a tin can.

One rung below the pinnacle of Dell's corporate laptop hierarchy (the Latitude 9000 series), you'll find the excellent if somewhat staid Latitude 7420 (starts at $1,589; $2,228.08 as tested). This 14-inch business laptop gets subtle improvements with each new generation. The latest version doesn't fix what isn't broken, adding Intel's latest silicon and little else. This means that for the time being, it's a superior alternative to our longtime favorite enterprise ultraportable, the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon (whose new Gen 9 edition, which matches the Dell's move to 11th Generation Intel processors, we haven't tested yet). Choose the Latitude 7420 if you want a competent workhorse with excellent computing performance, even if it is a bit heavier and more expensive than the ThinkPad.

To sum up, everything we said in the lines above, the Latitude 14 7420 is a pretty formidable device, which packs a ton of features mainly aimed at privacy and security. From the TPM chip, through the privacy shutter, to the IR face recognition sensor and the ingenious proximity sensor. In fact, it works as it should – step away from your notebook, and in a matter of seconds, the display turns off, and the laptop locks itself. Then, sit back in front of it, the screen shines right away, and the IR sensor unlocks your notebook. Nobody will see the contents of your work when you’re away.

It is a secret to no one that this laptop is pretty expensive. This is the reason we were left a bit disappointed when we found out that our unit (which we bought from the store) has a misalignment of the touchpad. Whether it’s a bolt not screwed in fully, or something bigger – we don’t know. What we do know, is that Dell should work on its quality control. Stuff like this may be overlooked in the entry-level devices because there we seek value, rather than the premium factor. But here, it is simply unacceptable. This makes the device a fantastic package for people who know what they are doing. Unfortunately, having a not perfect quality control is something that acts as a great enemy in this industry. In terms of functionality, the laptop is absolutely pristine. However, the slightly tilted touchpad really puts salt in Dell’s healing wounds in terms of public reception.

The Dell Latitude 7430 features decent specs across the board, comes with a good display, is slim and lightweight, and looks stylish to boot. Pair that with above-average battery life and you've got a pretty decent business laptop offering here from Dell.

Weirdly, it feels like Dell has made a step down from last year. Not in terms of performance, because naturally, the 12th Gen Intel CPUs mop the floor with their 11th Gen counterparts. However, there is just simply too little going on in terms of change. The memory is still soldered to the motherboard, with the difference that 28W CPUs get LPDDR5 RAM, instead of DDR4. Some things remain the same for the better, though. The port selection with the two Thunderbolt 4 connectors rocks! Also, you get the proximity sensor, IR face recognition scanner, Full HD camera, and fingerprint reader. Plus, the keyboard is pretty comfortable for typing, thanks to its decent key travel and clicky feedback. But what we found shocking, is the decrease in battery life. The larger 58Wh package is not only smaller than its predecessor but also runs for almost half the time on a single charge. Dell Latitude 14 7430’s IPS panel has a Full HD resolution, comfortable viewing angles, and a good contrast ratio. Furthermore, the backlight doesn’t use PWM for brightness adjustment. As a disadvantage, the color coverage is only 50% of the sRGB color gamut. On the bright side, you still get two options regarding the body panels. You can do like us, and pick the Carbon fiber device with its soft-to-the-touch finish, or you can go the other direction – cold feel and aluminum. Regardless of what you choose, the build quality will be on point, and we have to respect that. In our opinion, going for the Fujitsu LifeBook U7512 is a far better choice, although it is larger in size. Or, if you happen to have the older Latitude 14 7420, stick to your guns, and don’t change it.

Unlike the over-the-top Latitude 9440, the Latitude 7440 sticks to tradition to be more down-to-earth and easier to use. The updated 16:10 aspect ratio is always welcomed, but a few features have been lost in the transition.

The Dell Latitude 14 7440 is a small laptop that performs well. The cooling solution has just one big fan and a single heat pipe, but that’s enough for a 2.63 GHz P core clock under heavy CPU usage. This is a very good result for a light 14-incher. Moreover, the fan isn’t noisy and the keyboard doesn’t feel too hot to the touch when the processor is tortured with Prime95. The 14″ 16:10 1200p display has a ridiculously long name – LG Display TDVNC-140WU2 (LGD06F9; LP140WU2-SPM1). Aside from that, it’s PWM-free and the viewing angles are good. Still, the sRGB coverage and the color accuracy are nothing to write home about which is normal for an office device that isn’t meant for professional color-sensitive work. The battery life impresses us – more than 14 hours of Web browsing on a single charge. Our machine has the optional 57Wh model, if you pick a notebook with the default 38Wh unit and a 28W P-series CPU, maybe the autonomous life will be shorter. Just like many other compact laptops, the memory is soldered.

Prices for the Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 start at $729, which is great for this laptop: you're getting a solid work machine that can handle just about everything you can throw at it for less than $1,000. If you want to upgrade to the Ryzen 7 8840HS processor, (which is what I tested here in this review) it'll bump up the price to $949. I also recommend picking Midnight Blue as your laptop color. The Ice Blue option jacks up the price an extra $100 because it runs Windows 11 Pro. Stick with the darker shade if you're not interested in the pro-level OS.

The Dell Latitude 7440 2-in-1 is a great laptop with some cool features. It works pretty well, thanks to its strong Core i7 CPU. Even though it could use a bit more power, it gets the job done. We also like that it has a taller screen and a good webcam. And the display looks really nice. The Latitude 7400 2-in-1 offers a nice mix of style, performance, and price. With 16GB of RAM and an i7 processor, it’s got plenty of power for anything demanding a user might throw at it. Plus, during our usage, the 2-in-1 design not only proved to be quite useful but also pretty well implemented. Other cool things about this laptop are its quiet fan, long battery life, and loudspeakers. Even though it might not look as fancy as some other laptops, the Latitude 7440 2-in-1 is easy to use and has all the features you’d want. Needless to say, we recommend it to anyone who is looking for a simple, no-frills everyday laptop that can get the job done.

If you travel a lot and need a compact and capable machine, the Latitude 7450 could be a good choice for your needs. It’s an all-metal light laptop that is well-built and has great input devices. The performance also seems on point. The cooling isn’t huge, but it’s potent enough and its fan isn’t noisy when the Core Ultra 7 165U is pushed to its limits for a long time. In this scenario, the CPU can sustain a high P and E-core clock of 3.24 GHz / 2.71 GHz which is a respectable result for a 14-incher. The 60Hz 1200p IPS display (YCR8T-NV14N42 (BOE0A2A)) offers wide viewing angles. Its max brightness and contact ratio are decent enough for standard usage. The color coverage isn’t impressive at all. If that’s important for your work, you can get the optional 1600p screen. The Dell Latitude 7450 is a snappy little machine with long battery life, a PWM-free display, rich port selection, and good comfort during long max loads.

The Dell Latitude 7450 Ultralight is an impressive business-focused notebook, well-suited to professionals who need a portable yet powerful Windows machine in their carry bag. There’s plenty of grunt, along with the capacity to support AI-intensive applications as they become more common. Yet labelling it “Wi-Fi 7 ready” would have been more honest than hiding its true current Wi-Fi capabilities in the fine print. Of course, the biggest frustration is how Australians are denied the Ultralight’s best features unless they want to pay through the nose for a custom order – seeing them pay about double that of their American brethren.

The Dell Latitude 7450 Ultralight does what it’s made for very well – it’s exceptionally thin, remarkably light and has enough power for both light applications and some heavier tasks. The connectivity is also excellent and a host of Dell technologies go a long way to making life so much easier. Its Achillies heel, however, is its high price point compared to some rivals. Still, it does have the advantage of an Intel Core Ultra processor, which could be a worthwhile edition to your working life.

Positive: Silent system; great built quality; bright display; long battery life; powerful processor; fast SSD storage; stereo speakers. Negative: Only one M.2 slot; low sRGB coverage.

The Dell Latitude 14 7455 is a high-performing Snapdragon-powered laptop that looks and performs fantastically. Alternative options with similar specs would be the HP EliteBook Ultra G1q and the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen6 although I would throw the 14-inch MacBook Pro into the mix as well. The Latitude 7455 competes with the best of them, especially when it comes to the latest AI features.

Windows on ARM may be in its relative infancy – and IT departments tempted to take the plunge will need to spend time testing the more crucial elements of their preferred software loadouts – but laptops as competent as the Latitude 7455 prove that it's more than a capable alternative to any of the Intel, AMD or Apple-powered competition. During our testing, it's telling that we barely gave a second thought to what was under the hood. There were no slowdowns or software niggles, no design annoyances to unduly raise the blood pressure – we just got on with the task at hand. It's fair to say that the best tools are the ones you reach for without thinking, and the Latitude 7455 fits that category to a tee. The Latitude 7455's biggest issue is pricing.

If you are looking for a compact laptop with good AI capabilities, the Dell Latitude 7455 could be a good choice for your needs because of the Qualcomm CPU with its powerful NPU. The aluminum chassis is solid and the backlit keyboard is fairly good considering the thin profile of 14.69 – 15.64 mm. The Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite X1E-80-100 CPU can sustain 4.00 GHz / 3.40 GHz P and E-core clock in short and medium loads which is a great score for a light 14-incher. However, in long stress, the frequencies are almost halved. The single fan is audible but not too noisy. When the processor is pushed to its limits for prolonged periods, the WASD zone reaches 55°C. This could be hot for some users but we think that these temperatures are still acceptable.

Dell: Dell is a U.S. manufacturer (based in Texas) of computer hardware founded in 1984 and is one of the largest international manufacturers in terms of both market share and notebook models. Its product line includes desktops, notebooks, storage systems, monitors, servers, printers, consumer electronics and peripherals. Dell offers laptops that are suitable for various applications, such as business laptops, gaming laptops, ultra portables and workstations. Dell's business laptops from the Latitude and Precision series are an option for professional users and businesses.
In 2023, Dell had an approximate 17% market share of global PC sales, ranking #3 after Lenovo and HP.

While thankfully faster than the aging Intel Iris Xe (96 EUs), the Adreno fails to match the Radeon 780M meaning Baldur's Gate 3, a triple-A title released in 2023, is barely playable at 1080p on low with 23 fps on average. Triple-A games of 2024 fare even worse, in no small part due to Qualcomm's subpar graphics drivers.

14 inch display size represents a middle ground between the small subnotebook formats and the screens of the standard 15 inch laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, provides good resolutions with usable detail sizes, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact.
In the past, 14-inch devices were very rare, but now they are the standard for laptops after the 15-inchers.

1.058 kg:
3.6 kg:
A laptop with this weight is comparatively heavy and less designed for mobility than for use at the desk. Therefore, the devices tend to shine less with battery life than with a large screen and higher performance.
77.32%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
