The Japanese watchmaker's new Magma Mudmaster GWG-B1000MG-1A9 limited edition features a black precision-forged metal casing, reinforced with a carbon fiber structure, and a gold ion-plated bezel.
The Japanese watchmaker has incorporated a triple sensor, including a compass, a thermometer, and an altimeter/barometer, into the Magma Mudmaster. Other features of the watch include sapphire glass, tough solar, multi-band 6, Bluetooth smartphone link, and mud-resistant buttons.
Furthermore, the G-Shock MTG-B4000B-1A and the MTG-B4000BD-1A models are also launching this May in Japan. Specs-wise, the former has sporty red accents on the dial, complemented by red strips on the sides of the carbon-fiber laminated frame.
On the other hand, the MTG-B4000BD-1A ships with a monochrome style and a layered band made of stainless steel and resin. Speaking of price, the G-Shock MTG-B4000B-1A and the MTG-B4000BD-1A are priced at 176,000 yen ($1,125) and 203,500 yen ($1,301), respectively. Key features include Tough Solar power, Multi-Band 6, Bluetooth smartphone link, and Triple G Resist.
Last but not least, the Casio GMD-B300-2 and the GMD-B300-7 digital watches are also part of the latest G-Shock releases for May 2026 and both cost 17,600 yen ($112) each. The highlights of both models include dual time, a stopwatch, interval timers, five alarms, and an auto LED backlight. Whether or when these latest Casio G-Shock releases could be officially released in the US remains to be seen.
