New Casio square digital display watches coming to more countries

The upcoming Casio W-738H-1AV and W-738H-3AV watches have been spotted in listings at a European retailer. These two digital watches were unveiled on the brand’s website in Singapore, alongside a third version, the W-738H-1BV.
At French retailer David et Philly, the Casio W-738H-1AV and W-738H-3AV watches are listed with a €49.90 RRP. That is the same price as older models like the W-800D-1AV (Casio Store DE). According to the website, these products could be released in Europe in June 2026. Based on Casio’s typical release cycle, this could mean that the new W-738H model launches in Japan in May 2026.
Casio’s W-738H is a digital watch with a square display. The W-738H-1AV is black, while the W-738H-3AV has khaki green casing, each with a typical light background display. On the screen, users can view the time, the date and the day of the week. Plus, this model supports dual time zones, and comes with tools like a daily alarm, hourly time signals, a countdown timer and a stopwatch. It is a vibrating model, with alerts triggered when a countdown timer ends, for example.
According to Casio, the W-738H’s resin band has a shorter distance between holes, ensuring it can be worn close to the wrist, allowing the user to feel the vibrations easily. Other features of this resin casing watch include 100 m water resistance and a 10 year battery life estimate. Whether the Casio W-738H-1BV will also be released in Europe remains to be seen.
