Four new Casio metal band watches launching soon

Casio has revealed four new metal strap watches at its online store in Singapore. Sitting across the MQ-24D and MQ-24G ranges, each version has a resin casing and a stainless steel strap with an adjustable clasp.
The Casio MQ-24DA-1A (black dial), MQ-24DA-2A (blue dial) and MQ-24DA-3A (green dial) watches each have a silver tone case and strap. However, the MQ-24GA-1A (black dial) has a gold ion-plated band.
Casio’s MQ-24 is an analog watch with a minimalist sunray dial. It features three hands and raised indexes in the same color as the casing. The watch’s case measures 38.8 x 34.9 x 7.8 mm (~1.53 x 1.37 x 0.31 inches) and weighs 45 g (~1.59 oz). According to Casio, the model should remain accurate to within 20 seconds monthly and run for around three years on its SR626SW battery. Plus, it is water resistant for everyday use.
In Singapore, the Casio MQ-24 watches are priced at S$69 (~$54) each. The product listings state that they are “coming soon”, though an exact release date is not provided. Whether they will launch in the brand’s home market of Japan first, or which other markets they could roll out to, remains unknown.
