New Casio G-Shock digital watch with square display launching soon

A new Casio x Hysteric Glamour collaboration watch is on the way. Based on the G-Shock Baby-G BGD-10K, this watch has a white, blue and pink design, and comes with interchangeable accessories.

The Casio Baby-G x Hysteric Glamour digital watch has a square-shaped resin casing. Across the watch face and resin strap is a signature design from the American-inspired fashion brand, in light blue and pink. The same pattern is used on the charm accessory, which can be used in place of the strap, allowing you to wear the watch as a keyring or bag charm.

Features of the Casio BGD-10K, launched in 2024, include support for world time, 100 m water resistance and a three year battery life estimate. The watch offers tools like alarms, a stopwatch and a countdown timer. Plus, pixel-art animations, like a cat and a dog, can be shown on the square LCD.

In Japan, the Casio G-Shock Baby-G x Hysteric Glamour BGD-10K watch will be released on May 9th. It is expected to be exclusive to this market, with an RRP of ¥24,200 (~$154). In the US, older versions of this Baby-G model, like the BGD10K-7, are available via Amazon Marketplace (curr. $84.95).
