Acer's latest Vero-series laptop has launched with an "environmentally-conscious" design; nevertheless, it can also be business-like as well as trendy, with a QHD web-cam, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports and HDMI 2.1. The Vero 15 will ship with 13th-gen Intel processors in mid-2023.

Acer aims to keep the Vero line of laptops sustainable with its latest 15-inch member. It fills that brief with a high (30-40%) post-consumer-plastic content for its chassis as well as the usual OceanGlass trackpad, and with new (appropriately earth-toned) finish options that are varnish- and volatile organic compound-free.

Beyond that, the Vero 15 is coming for the enterprise-class tier of the PC market with a 1440p web-cam with Acer PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice technology for "improved" online collaboration. It also boasts Wi-Fi 6E thanks to Raptor Lake platforms along with a 15.6-inch 100% sRGB FHD display, although its only graphics are those of the Intel Xe variety.

The new Acer laptop will also offer dual USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and a headphone jack. The Vero 15 (or AV15-53P) will ship with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of SSD storage on its July 2023 release, and is slated to start at €849 (~US$930).
