Optoma has unveiled the ZW350ST and ZH350ST projectors in the US. The WXGA and 1080p gadgets have been designed for use in the corporate environment, such as conference rooms or boardrooms. You can use the projectors to throw a 100-in (~254 cm) image from around 1 m (~3.3 ft) away, generating pictures up to 300-in (~762 cm) wide.
The new Optoma projectors for business use Optoma's DuraCore laser light source, with the ZW350ST delivering up to 3,600 lumens brightness, while the ZH350ST has a peak brightness of 3,500 lumens. The light source is expected to last up to 30,000 hours with minimal maintenance requirements, and the devices support HDR10 and HLG formats. The gadgets have a 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and you can perfect the image with a keystone correction tool. The projectors have an integrated 15 W speaker, and you can connect external devices via HDMI 2.0, RJ45 port and USB-A ports.
Plus, you can use the Optoma Management Suite (OMS) to simultaneously manage multiple displays. Optoma suggests that the short-throw laser projectors are compact, up to 34% smaller than older models. You can now buy the Optoma ZW350ST and ZH350ST projectors in the US for US$999 and US$1,499, respectively.
