In late August, Abxylute revealed two new controllers for the Nintendo Switch 2. The first is the Abxylute N6 Switch Deck, which is its take on the Nitro Deck for the Nintendo Switch; while the other is the Abxylute N9 Switch Grip Controller — a grip controller with a kickstand. Now, it has provided more details about their availability.
Posting on its social media channels, Abxylute has revealed that the two controllers will be launching on Kickstarter, but there's still no specific launch date. However, based on previous information from the manufacturer, the campaign should be live this month. The Kickstarter pre-launch page is already live, and it provides additional details about the two controllers.
For starters, there is a new image which shows the Abxylute N6 in Indigo. The color is similar to that of the Abxylute M4 Snap-On Mobile Controller. However, unlike the white variant with black buttons and thumbsticks, this one has mostly gray buttons, save for the yellow joystick cap on the right thumbstick, the green “A” button, and the red “B” button.
According to the Kickstarter page, the N9 has a full-size grip design, TMR joysticks, 9-axis motion control, turbo and vibration feedback, support for pass-through charging, programmable buttons, and video output support. Neither of the controllers will have HD Rumble 2 like the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller (available on Amazon for $89.99), but an Abxylute representative revealed on Discord that there will be a version with HD Rumble 2 in the future.
No details have been provided about the price of both controllers, however, if you sign up to be notified on Abxylute's website, you can get an early bird discount.
