Abxylute M4 ends Kickstarter campaign with over $300k and gets a sixth color option

It has been more than a month since Abxylute launched its mobile controller, the M4 Snap-On, on Kickstarter. While it didn't waste any time in crossing its crowdfunding goal of $1,287, the campaign wasn't scheduled to end until December 23. Now, that day has come, and Abxylute has announced that it received over $300,000 in pledges for the magnetic controller.

According to Kickstarter, the Abxylute M4 Snap-On Mobile Controller received $307,939 from 5,850 backers. Prior to the end of the campaign, Abxylute announced that if it reached $300,000, the controller will be available in an additional called Halo Green. Considering the total pledged amount surpassed that figure, Abxylute has announced that the M4 Snap-On will be available in green.

The Halo Green color option is the sixth and final color for the Abxylute M4. When it was first announced, the controller was available in Retro White and Phantom Black. Then a Cosmic Orange variant was announced before its Kickstarter campaign went live. During the campaign, Abxylute announced two additional colors — NGC Indigo and Atomic Purple — which were tied to crowdfunding milestones, just like the Halo Green variant.

Now that the campaign is over, Abxylute says those who didn't pre-order during the campaign can now pre-order the controller on its website. However, instead of $39, which was the Kickstarter price, the pre-order price on the website is $45. Once pre-order ends, the Abxylute M4 will settle at its final retail price of $49. The controller is available in all six colors on the website and will begin shipping in January 2026.
