These Tablets come in both Windows and Android flavors, runs an Intel Atom Z530 and NVIDIA Tegra2 respectively.

MSI is expected to show off its latest creations – Tablets running Windows and Android, in the upcoming Computex. This product category release has long been on the cards after major brands started releasing their version of Tablets. The Wind Pad 100 and 110, as they are called, run Windows and Android operation systems respectively.

Wind Pad 100

The MSI Wind Pad 100 is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor and runs Windows 7 Ultimate. The in-house Wind Touch software should make sure you have a decent user experience on the 10.1-inch, 1024 x 600 pixel capacitive display that supports 720p playback. It has two USB ports, HDMI out and a webcam.

The system should be available later this year for about $499.

Wind Pad 110

This Android 2.1 Tablet might run an NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip which will make it one of the firsts to try out the highly anticipated NVIDIA CPU+GPU platform. The all-plastic body may not give a very superior feel and the glossy surface might attract lots of fingerprints, but the Wind Pads are quite snappy, the Android version is apparently lot snappier than the Windows one – as reported by Engadget.

It should set you back by about $399 when it hits the US market later this year, if at all.
