Xiaomi 14 Pro display and specs supposedly revealed in fresh leaks

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is not having the best of times these days, being unfavorably compared to one hypothetical Android flagship rival coming for it in the near future after another. Now, it will apparently be left in the dust by the Xiaomi 14 Pro in terms of front-panel design.

According to the leaker Ice Universe, the 13 Pro successor can put the S23 Ultra and its forebears to shame with a display that, while still profoundly curved in a new full-color render, has consistent bezels that eliminate all signs of a chin.

Therefore, the 14 Pro may be able to improve on its 13-series counterpart in this regard. It is painted as a fairly iterative upgrade over its supposed forebear otherwise, thanks to another 50MP main camera, not to mention a slightly upgraded ~5,000mAh battery. It may be paired with 120W wired/50W wireless charging tech which, while still far faster than average, is getting a little monotonous now.

The 14 Pro is also now of course backed to rock the "SM8650" (or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3) as a direct upgrade over the 8 Gen 2 of its predecessor.
