Two Huawei tablets with metal unibody designs go on sale in India

The new Huawei MatePad SE 11 and the Huawei MatePad 11.5 are now available for purchase in India. The MatePad SE 11 is the more affordable option, while the MatePad 11.5 is the higher-end model.

Huawei MatePad SE 11

The MatePad SE 11 features an 11-inch TFT LCD panel with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and offers up to 400 nits of brightness. The tablet is powered by the Kirin 710A chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It features an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The MatePad SE 11 packs a 7,700mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging.

Other specifications include Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB Type-C port, and a quad-speaker setup with Huawei Histen 9.0 audio. As for the software, the MatePad SE 11 runs HarmonyOS 2.0. The tablet comes with a metal unibody design. It is 6.9mm thick and weighs 475 grams.

The tablet is available in Nebula Gray colorway. It has an MRP of INR 25,999 (~$273) for the 8GB/128GB configuration.

Huawei MatePad 11.5

The MatePad 11.5 sports an 11.5-inch TFT LCD panel with a "2.5K" resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It features a PaperMatte Display with an anti-glare surface designed to reduce reflections. The tablet is powered by the Kirin T82B chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It features a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.

The device packs a 10,100mAh battery and runs HarmonyOS 4.3. Other specifications include Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 5.2, and a quad-speaker setup.

The tablet comes in Space Gray and Violet colorways. It has a metal unibody that is 6.1mm thick and weighs 515g. The MatePad 11.5 ships with a keyboard and has an MRP of INR 45,999 (~$483) for the 8GB/256GB variant.
