Alldocube's relaunching the iPlay 80 Mini Pro compact 4G tablet under a new name in China

Alldocube has released details of its new tablet that will launch later this month. Called the iPlay Mini 4, it is a compact Android tablet that will be released in China. There are reports it will also get an international release, which is surprising considering it already sells a tablet outside China with the exact specs, but under the name iPlay 80 Mini Pro.

The Alldocube iPlay Mini 4 is a compact Android 4G tablet with an 8.4-inch LCD panel that has a 1920 × 1200 resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and Widevine L1 support for HD streaming. Powering the tablet is the Unisoc T7300 octa-core processor, and it is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable UFS storage.

The iPlay Mini 4 has a 13MP camera on the back with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. There's no fingerprint scanner but it has support for face unlock. In addition, the tablet features dual SIM support and allows for using two SIM cards and a MicroSD card (up to 1TB) at the same time. If you want a 5G tablet, there's the Alldocube iPlay 80 Mini Ultra which was announced in April 2026.

The tablet also has Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, dual-frequency GPS, stereo speakers with a smart amplifier, an audio jack, and a USB-C port. There's a 6,050mAh battery inside it and it charges at up to 18W with support for Power Delivery. Alldocube will ship the iPlay Mini 4 with its custom interface, Alldocube OS 5.0L on top of Android 16. The device has a metal back, weighs 300 grams, and is 7.3mm thick. 

In China, the Alldocube iPlay Mini 4 will retail for CNY 999 (~$148/€128) when it launches on August 15 according to a listing on JD.com. However, the international version, which is the iPlay 80 Mini Pro, is available on AliExpress for $155.02. Both versions of the tablet can be purchased in gray.
