The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is coming for the Oppo Find N5's bragging rights as the "world's thinnest foldable smartphone" later in 2025, according to Ice Universe. Now, the famous leaker is doubling down on that claim in purporting to present more dimensions for the ultra-premium device in advance.
The Galaxy Z Fold7 is now thought to measure 158.4 x 143.1 millimeters (mm) when open, which would be a little bigger than the 157.9 x 142.6mm Samsung W25 for the Chinese market (or Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition (SE) in Korea).
Those values would also represent a more noticeable delta over the Z Fold6 for the rest of the world, as its successor is now slated to be 4.9mm longer and 10.9mm wider.
It follows that the Fold7's main display could be bigger than that of its forebear - especially as Ice Universe also now asserts that Samsung will shrink its bezels to just 1.0mm in depth, compared to 1.9mm in the Fold6.
All in all, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is shaping up to be the most sophisticated and capable Samsung foldable to date - or look the part, at least.
