If you are looking for a powerful convertible and need an accurate screen for editing pictures or videos, you will definitely find the ProArt PX13 from Asus. The 2026 model got some changes and we have already reviewed the new GoPro special edition. Except for some visual differences, the special edition of the 13.3-inch convertible also gets new hardware, the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 including the powerful Radeon 8060S GOU as well as 128 GB RAM, which can also be used by the GPU.
In addition to the performance boost in multi-core scenarios, the graphics card in combination with the shared memory is a massive advantage for larger projects, which is also an advantage of Apple's fast MacBook Pro models. Other Windows devices in this segment are usually only available with dGPUs and 8 GB VRAM, which can quickly become a bottleneck. While the memory is usually allocated automatically, you can also allocate a certain amount (up to 96 GB) to the GPU. This can also be an advantage in memory-hungry games.
In addition to powerful components, the screen is also very important and this is one area where the ProArt PX13 falls a bit short. You get an OLED touchscreen with very accurate color profiles for sRGB as well as P3, which are covered completely. However, the display only supports a refresh rate of 60 Hz, which is definitely a disappointment for such an expensive device in 2026. We have already talked about the reasons for this display choice in a different article.
Then there are very good input devices starting with the excellent keyboard, the touchpad with an included Dial Pad as well as the new active stylus (Asus Pen 3.0), which already supports the modern MPP 2.6 protocol and is very comfortable in the hand. You also get a very handy charging hub.
All in all, creative users get a really good overall package, which is great for editing projects on the go. Please see our review for more information about the new ProArt PX13.
