Following its European debut in September 2025, Xiaomi has now officially launched its latest Redmi 15C smartphone in the Indian market. Specs-wise, it’s no different from its European variant. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage with room for storage expansion up to 1 TB via microSD card.
Dimensionally, it measures 171.5 x 79.4 x 7.9 mm (6.75 x 3.12 x 0.31 inches) and weighs around 211 grams (0.46 lbs). The Redmi 15C 5G features a 6.9-inch LCD display with 720p resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 810 nits. Xiaomi packs a dual rear camera setup into the 15C smartphone, featuring a 50 MP primary camera complemented by a depth sensor. For selfies and video chats, you get an 8 MP front-facing camera with an f/2 aperture.
The 5G-enabled smartphone boots Android 15-based HyperOS 2 out of the box, and the company promises two major OS updates (Android 16 and 17) and four years of security patches until 2030. It boasts a 6,000 mAh battery with 33 W wired and 10 W reverse charging support. The rest of the highlights of the 15C smartphone include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IP64 waterproof rating, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz connectivity.
As for price, the Xiaomi Redmi 15C 5G starts at INR 12,499 for the base 4 GB + 128 GB variant, while the 6 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 128 GB models are priced at INR 13,999 and INR 15,499, respectively.
