Fossibot has unveiled the 6.78-inch F113 rugged smartphone with a built-in flashlight and an infrared night vision camera.
The rugged phone is powered by a Dimensity 7050 SoC, 12 GB of RAM with 24 GB of virtual RAM, and 256 GB of storage running Android 15. It supports storage expansion through microSD cards up to 2 TB in size.
The 120 Hz, 1,080 x 2,400-pixel LCD display has a contrast ratio of 1:1500 and a maximum brightness of 480 cd/m2. A rear, multi-color LED light informs owners of notifications and calls, while a 110 dB box speaker provides sound output during calls and music playback.
The Fossibot F113 smartphone comes with IP68 water resistance, IP69K dust resistance, and MIL-STD-810H drop resistance ratings. A carry strap is attached to the side, allowing owners to carry the phone like a flashlight while using the 160-lumen LED light mounted on the top edge. The LED light has a maximum runtime of 38 hours thanks to a 20,000 mAh battery, according to Fossibot.
Besides a 32 MP front camera, 50 MP rear camera, and 5 MP rear macro camera, the F113 comes equipped with a 64 MP night vision camera capable of taking photos of people and animals in pure darkness thanks to its ability to see emitted infrared light up to 50 meters (164 ft.) away. A 3-watt IR light on the rear can illuminate scenes without infrared sources.
The Fossibot F113 smartphone has an MSRP of €399.99 (~$460) and is available for order from the company's EU store. Readers curious about their other offerings available in America can visit the Fossibot store on Amazon US.
