Realme's latest mid-range smartphone aims to impress primarily with its attractive price-performance ratio. The Realme P4x 5G boasts a modern design with a slim frame and relatively narrow bezels. The housing is IP64 certified, meaning it's only splash-proof, but the device is said to withstand drops from a height of up to 1.5 meters.
The display is a 6.72-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a brightness of 1,000 nits across the entire screen. The 8 MP f/2.0 selfie camera is housed in a central punch-hole cutout, while the pill-shaped rear camera module contains a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera and a 2 MP sensor.
A MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra with four ARM Cortex-A78 performance cores and four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores are expected to provide decent performance. The highlight of the device is its battery, which has a capacity of 7,000 mAh and can be charged via USB-C with up to 45 watts, but wireless charging is not possible. The Realme P4x 5G will ship with Android 15, but the manufacturer has not confirmed how long the mid-range smartphone will receive updates.
