Paris Rhône 4K laser ultra-short throw projector with up to 150-in image launches on Indiegogo
The Paris Rhône Laser Projector is currently crowdfunding on Indiegogo. The ultra-short throw 4K UHD projector has up to 2000 ANSI lumens brightness, with a 3000:1 contrast ratio for true whites and blacks. MEMC technology provides smooth movement in the picture, and the gadget supports HDR 10. The Rec. 709 color gamut also brings precise color reproduction to the image.
The gadget can cast images from 80-in to 150-in wide from as little as 5.4-in from the wall, thanks to a 0.233:1 throw ratio. The device delivers a 60 Hz refresh rate with a latency of 50 ms, so you can use the projector for gaming. Two 25 W speakers are built into the device, supporting Dolby Audio and DTS decoding technologies.
The Paris Rhône Laser Projector runs on Android 9.0, and the company claims the lamp has up to 25,000 hours of life. The gadget has an electric focus and 8-point keystone correction. You can connect to the device via USB, HDMI, HDMI ARC, audio out, AV in and LAN ports. The gadget is compatible with many devices, which you can connect via Bluetooth.
You can currently receive the Paris Rhône Laser Projector when you pledge US$1,799 to the Indiegogo campaign. The gadget is eventually expected to retail for US$2,399. According to the company, the device is already in production, with delivery scheduled in October.
