The Yaber Pico T1 portable projector will soon start crowdfunding on Indiegogo. The compact device is 0.52-in (~1.32 cm) thick and is similar in size to an iPhone, designed to fit in a pocket. The gadget can throw images up to 100-in (~254 cm) wide from a distance of 6.6 ft (~2.0 m), with a 960 x 540 pixel resolution.
A magnetic 360° tripod lets you quickly set up the device and adjust the projector's angle to suit your needs. The gadget supports PD and QC fast charging, and you can control the Pico T1 via a touchscreen. You can connect devices via USB-C and HDMI mini ports or wirelessly thanks to 2.4G and 5G dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity; the projector will mirror the image on your screen.
The Pico T1 runs on Smart OS, compatible with various apps, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Hulu, Disney+ and YouTube. The gadget has a built-in sound system, which you can boost by connecting external speakers. The projector is made of wear-resistant composite material with a black mirror texture finish.
The gadget measures 5.9 x 3.0 x 0.52-in (~150 x 75 x 13.1 mm) and weighs 5.3 oz (~150 g). You can currently sign-up to the Yaber mailing list to receive updates about the Yaber Pico T1 projector and a 40% discount. The device is expected to launch on August 10 for US$399.
