OnePlus tipped to launch new, more powerful wireless earbuds with ANC soon
The existence of the OnePlus Buds 3 and current flagship Buds Pro 2 imply the potential for some Buds Pro 3 to emerge soon: an idea given more weight in a new Android Authority leak.
The blog claims to have accessed "documentation" indicating that these potential Samsung Galaxy Buds 3-series rivals are indeed on the way. It is less certain on the point of when they will be released, although the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 are projected to be available in gold as well as their series' signature black and green.
The Pro 3s are also now thought to look much like their predecessors, albeit with superior internals to the Buds 3, a pair of earbuds in which the drivers do not got bigger than 10.4 millimeters (mm).
On that note, it would be interesting to see how OnePlus' third-gen Pro earbuds improve over their forebears, particularly as even the Buds 3 debuted rated for impressive 49dB ANC, LHDC 5.0 support and up to 44 hours of battery life.
Then again, the Buds Pro 3 are also very likely to be more expensive than their immediate predecessors, which currently cost $99 new on Amazon.
