OnePlus Pad Pro to be rebranded as Pad 2 for India launch on July 16
OnePlus will reportedly launch the Pad 2 Android tablet in India on the 16th of July. The tablet has already been launched as the OnePlus Pad Pro in China. As per Ishan Agarwal's post on X (formerly Twitter), the device will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor shared with flagship devices like the Vivo Pad3 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S24 series.

The tablet will have a 12.1-inch IPS LCD with 144Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. Available in two memory configurations, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, the OnePlus Pad 2 will have six speakers.
A 9,510 mAh capacity battery and 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging combo will power the tablet. The Pad 2 will feature a dual camera setup with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The Indian pricing remains unknown for now, but considering the tablet's price point in China, it is likely to be launched for above 40,000 INR in India. OnePlus will also release the Stylo 2 stylus, Smart Keyboard, and Folio Case alongside the tablet. The company is on a roll, having recently announced the date of its next global launch event for the likely Nord 4 as well.
