Enco X3i: New wireless headphones from Oppo launch in Europe with ANC and dual drivers
Oppo is also launching new, completely wireless headphones on the European market with the Enco X3i. It is still unclear to what extent the launch will also take place in Germany - the background to this are legal problems on the part of the manufacturer. The Oppo Enco X3i is priced at just under 130 euros, placing them in the upper price range for headphones.
The Enco X3i are each equipped with two drivers. The system consists of a subwoofer with a diameter of 10.4 millimeters and a 6-millimeter tweeter. By using two drivers instead of the usual single driver, manufacturer wants to achieve a particularly rich sound with dynamic bass.
Data transmission is also important for the sound quality of wireless headphones - quality can be lost at this stage if the compression is too high. To this end, the Enco X3i support LHDC 5.0, which should make it possible to use a sampling rate of 96 kHz and a bit depth of 24 bits. The Golden Sound 2.0 function automatically analyzes the wearing style and adjusts the audio playback accordingly.
Active noise cancellation is available, which should be able to reduce disturbing ambient noise by up to 49 dB. Three microphones are installed in each headphone to separate your speech from traffic noise or wind, for example. There is also a touch surface and the maximum battery life with intermediate charging is specified as 44 hours. IP55 certification is available. Fast Pair is supported and the lowest latency is said to be 94 milliseconds - other wireless headphones are significantly better in this respect.
