New Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H40 with anti-tangle tool now available in Europe

Xiaomi has released the Robot Vacuum H40 in Europe. Currently available in Germany, the new model is expected to roll out to other countries in this region in the near future. This smart home product was released in China in 2024 and recently arrived alongside the S40 in Singapore.

The Robot Vacuum H40 offers up to 10,000 Pa suction power across four modes: Quiet, Standard, Strong and Turbo. The model also features anti-tangle technology to prevent trapped hair. This five step system includes a comb-like element positioned next to the V-shaped central roller brush. Plus, there is an anti-tangle side brush to sweep up hair along the sides of the room. For mopping, there is an onboard 210 ml water tank with adjustable water flow levels to suit your needs. The device can vacuum and mop simultaneously, with customizable options available through the Xiaomi Home app. 

Xiaomi’s Robot Vacuum H40 uses an LDS navigation system to move around your home efficiently, and the 5,200 mAh battery is said to provide up to 180 minutes of cleaning time on a single charge. The robot will automatically return to its dock to recharge as necessary. On top of this, the docking station can automatically empty the onboard dustbin into a larger 4L capacity dustbin, which should allow for up to 90 days of hands-free cleaning. Alongside the app, you can also remotely control the device with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands.

You can now buy the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H40 at the brand’s online store in Germany for €249.99, a discount on the €299.99 RRP. Support pages on Xiaomi’s UK website indicate that it will also be released in this country. Plus, Amazon listings in countries like the Netherlands and Spain suggest that the product will launch more widely in Europe in the coming weeks and months.
