The Xiaomi Smart Home Screen Max 27 has been announced in China. This movable display has a roller base, moving around your home for you to watch content or control smart home devices from the room of your choosing. Launching in August 2025, it will feature the Super Xiao AI assistant and HyperOS Connect.

Xiaomi has announced the Smart Home Screen Max 27 in China. Described by the brand as a movable home entertainment screen, the display can be used to watch content or to control linked smart home devices.

As you might expect, the Smart Home Screen Max 27 has a 27-inch screen, with landscape and portrait options. The screen sits at the top of a pole, which appears to have a fixed height. Plus, rollers attached to the round base mean that it can be wheeled around your home. This device is said to feature the Super Xiao AI voice assistant, and will also support HyperOS Connect. We also know that the smart home product will have a 9,700 mAh battery, said to allow the device to run in standby mode for up to 13 days.

The full specification of the Smart Home Screen Max 27, including the height of the stand and a battery life estimate with typical use, has yet to be announced. These details are expected to be revealed when the product is launched in China on August 21st.

The Xiaomi Smart Home Screen Max 27 will retail for CNY 3,999 (~$557). The company has not indicated that this smart home device will be released in other markets like Europe, where it already sells products like the Smart Home Hub 2 (curr. €29.99 at Amazon Marketplace Germany).
