New Xgimi UST projector with 360° sound system launches

The Xgimi Mira 4K projector has been launched in China. Arriving alongside other models like the RS30 and the X50 Ultra, this is a 4K home theater projector with an ultra short throw ratio of 0.175:1.
Xgimi’s Mira 4K projector can throw a 100” wide image when it is placed 19.3 cm (~7.6 inches) from the wall. The DLP model supports HDR10+, covers 110% of the BT.2020 color space, and is marketed as having a 20,000:1 contrast ratio. There are two versions of the device: the basic Mira 4K with up to 2,000 ISO lumens brightness, and the brighter Mira 4K Pro with a high brightness level of 3,000 ISO lumens.
According to the product listing, the Xgimi Mira 4K projector has an automatic keystone correction feature, helping you to quickly perfect the picture. There are gaming features like VRR, ALLM and a 1 ms input lag. It runs on the brand’s GMUI 6.0 operating system, with support for dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. Plus, it has a built-in 360° 2.1 channel sound system from Harman Kardon, compatible with Dolby Audio and DTS:X.
In China, the Xgimi Mira 4K projector has launched at CNY 6,499 (~$950), while the Mira 4K Pro is priced at CNY 7,999 (~$1,170). It is unclear whether or when a version of this product could be released in other markets like the US, where the brand already sells models like the Horizon 20 (curr. $1,399 at Amazon).
