LG StandbyMe 2 Max packs 32-inch 4K touchscreen on wheels

The LG StandbyMe 2 Smart TV was already announced last July, now a larger StandbyMe 2 Max follows. LG is replacing the 27-inch QHD panel with a 32-inch 4K panel. LG still only uses a 60 Hz LCD, but this is designed as a touchscreen so that webOS can be conveniently controlled with a finger without having to search for a remote control.
Alternatively, a mini remote control and voice control are also available. LG StandbyMe 2 Max differs from regular TVs mostly due to its portability. LG includes a stand that can be adjusted in height from 1.10 to 1.30 meters. Wheels make it easy to move it from one room to another. LG offers an optional one-point wall mount that can be attached with just one screw.
The 20.3 kilogram Smart TV has an integrated 144 Wh battery, which is supposed to enable a runtime of 04:30 hours away from the power socket and is charged via USB-C. LG has installed a 10 watt sound system. Wired sources such as games consoles can be connected via HDMI, while Wi-Fi 6E allows content from all popular streaming services to be played. LG StandbyMe 2 Max is runs on webOS 26.
