Xiaomi releases new Robot Vacuum H50 Pro with extending mops

The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro has been released in Australia. Also listed at a couple of European retailers, this model is described as “powerful” and “ultra-long-range”, though this second claim is not backed up by data in the product listing.
Xiaomi’s Robot Vacuum H50 Pro delivers up to 15,000 Pa suction power, with a main anti-tangle roller brush. There are also two robotic brush arms, one on either side of the body, to collect dirt from the edges and corners of the room. For mopping, there are two rotating mop heads at the rear, which are automatically lifted when a carpet is detected. Like the side brushes, the mops can extend outwards for greater floor coverage.
To navigate your home while avoiding obstacles, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro has a 129° wide-angle laser. At the accompanying multifunctional docking station, the mops are washed and then dried with hot air, ready for the next task. Plus, the robot dust bag is automatically emptied for up to 75 days of hands-free cleaning. As is typical, the Robot Vacuum H50 Pro can be controlled via the Xiaomi Home app, or with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands.
At the brand’s online store in Australia, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro is currently available for A$1,599 (~$1,147). While the robot vacuum is listed at Xiaomi’s Amazon UK storefront, it is not available to purchase. However, it can be ordered at Links in Hungary, where it is listed with a €519 RRP. When this model will be officially released in Europe is unclear.
