The Mammotion Luba 2 AWD 3000X, Luba 2 AWD 5000X, Luba Mini AWD 800 and Luba Mini AWD 1500 robot lawn mowers have been launched in various European countries. These four smart mowers were unveiled at CES 2025. The new Luba 2 AWD models build on the original Luba 2 AWD, which launched in 2024.
You can now buy the Mammotion Luba 2 AWD 3000X and Luba 2 AWD 5000X robot lawn mowers in countries including the Netherlands, France and Spain, where they retail for €2,599 and €2,999, respectively. They can be purchased either directly from Mammotion through its official store or via Amazon in countries including Germany. The Mammotion Luba Mini AWD 800 and Luba Mini AWD 1500 mowers are available in the same countries, priced at €1,599 and €1,999, respectively.
The new Mammotion Luba 2 AWD uses UltraSense AI Vision, a combination of cameras and AI algorithms, with RTK technology, allowing it to navigate your yard without needing a perimeter wire. The all-wheel drive (AWD) system enables the mower to climb slopes up to 80% (38.6°), it features an adaptive suspension system and can clear obstacles up to 50 mm tall. Thanks to two cutting discs is offers a 400 mm cutting width, and the cutting height is adjustable between 25 and 70 mm. Other features include app-based controls, GPS location tracking and 3D lawn printing, which allows you to write words or draw patterns in the grass. While the Luba 2 AWD 3000X is suited to gardens measuring 3,000 m² (~0.75 acres), the Luba 2 AWD 5000X can mow up to 5,000 m² (~1.25 acres) each day
The Mammotion Luba Mini AWD is another perimeter wire-free robot lawn mower with the camera-based UltraSense AI Vision and RTK positioning and navigation system. It has many of the same features as the Luba 2 AWD, including the suspension system. However, this more compact model has just one cutting disc, with a reduced cutting width of 200 mm, and the cutting height can be adjusted between 20 and 65 mm. The Luba Mini 800 is designed for 800 m² (~0.2 acres) lawns, with the 1500 variant suited to larger 1,500 m² (0.37 acres) gardens thanks to a larger battery capacity.
Prospective customers in the UK will not have to wait long either, with these devices set to launch in this market on March 21st; the Mini products are currently available to pre-order with prices starting from £1,499.
