The Govee Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights have appeared. This unannounced smart lighting product has been listed as a Matter-certified device on the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) website.
According to Govee’s description in the CSA database, these lights are designed for use in a gazebo. There are remote controls available via the Govee Home app, thanks to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. Plus, Matter support will enable the lights to integrate with a wide range of smart home ecosystems and work with various voice assistants.
The Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights have also been spotted in an Amazon UK product listing, again revealing few details about the product. Here, they are listed with model number H7025 and are said to offer 15 RGBIC+WW bulbs. An image shows a slightly different design compared to the Outdoor String Lights 2, which launched in 2024. As well as transparent rather than frosted outer, the new model has more of a teardrop shape with the same black plastic fitting and wire. Aside from this, it is currently unclear how these two models differ.
At Govee’s UK Amazon storefront, the 15 m (~48 ft) version of the Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights is listed with a £134.99 RRP. There is only one unit in stock for delivery at the end of March, indicating that this page may have gone live ahead of schedule. At this price, they are significantly more expensive than the Outdoor String Lights 2; the same length is priced at £79.99 ($79.99 at Amazon US), with the 30 m (~96 ft) variant costing £129.99 ($129.99 at Amazon US). It is unclear when the Govee Outdoor Clear Bulb String Lights will be officially announced or released in other markets.
